Summary
Position is responsible for global needs assessment, delivery, and tracking of sales, field sales trainer and learning professional capabilities training associated with the curriculum.
Responsibilities
* This individual will work closely with all levels of Sales Management, affiliate Sales and Marketing Excellence teams, and affiliate Learning Professionals to develop advanced sales capabilities training initiatives as well as Sales Trainer on-boarding and professional development. Individual will be responsible for facilitating, or managing the facilitation of, these workshops across non-US affiliates. * This individual will also partner with non-US Senior Sales Leadership to support the resolution of key business problems through training interventions, workshops, or consulting. * This role will be responsible for the creation, development and updating of specific content in the sales capabilities framework working closely with subject experts and external vendors to ensure a high quality deliverable.
Ideal Candidate
* Doctorate degree & 2 years of sales and/or training & development experience or * Master’s degree & 4 years of sales and/or training & development experience or * Bachelor’s degree & 6 years of sales and/or training & development experience or * Associate’s degree & 10 years of sales and/or training & development experience or * High school diploma / GED & 12 years of sales and/or training & development experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Sales leadership experience - Track record of exceeding sales goals - Experience in training and staff development (District Sales Trainer) - Successful record of successive sales roles leading to sales leadership (DM experience) - Strong presentation and facilitation skills - Excellent analytical and business acumen skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well in teams and collaborate - Problem solving/decision making - Working in a cross-functional environment - Cross-cultural awareness/sensitivity - Strong coaching/feedback skills
