Summary
Manage and coordinate all administrative activities for the employees of Customer Care ensuring the highest level of employee satisfaction and experience. Ensure efficient use of support staff resources to achieve administrative performance targets. Enforce all company and departmental procedures including safety and security.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day to day customer care administrative duties including employee payroll processing, schedule/vacation bids, hiring, employee transfers in/out * Review staffing requirements and bid schedules for all employees * Communicate procedural changes to Customer Service Managers and frontline employees ensuring compliance * Monitors and analyzes manpower trends and use of OT * Mentor and develop employees * Identify areas which require improvement and develop and implement processes to achieve improved efficiency and productivity * Ensure contractual obligations are met * Responsible for ensuring all internal audit requirements are in compliance * Develop an annual expense plan and monitor the budget * Conduct hiring events for CSA and CAR agents and process to payroll * Complete other duties as required
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3-5 airline Customer Service supervisory experience * Excellent analytical skills and proficient use of PC related software * Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and can tolerate high stress situations * Strong leadership capabilities and organizational abilities * Ability to effectively delegate work assignments and manage groups of employees * Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills * Undergraduate degree in business management field or equivalent experience/training * Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
