Alphaserve Technologies® is a global provider of 'smart sourced IT services' to the asset management industry (Hedge funds, Broker Dealers, Private Equity), Law firms, and other general markets like Media, Government and Healthcare.
Responsibilities
* Hunt for new sales opportunities, prospect * Work with assigned accounts and internal departments ensuring delivery of accurate proposals and quotes * Assist with creating proposals, presentations, and supporting documents * Implement direct sales campaigns and events * Attend vendor meetings and training sessions to remain current on emerging technologies * Internal coordination with staff for sales support * Travel within New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut * Possible minor out of region travel
Ideal Candidate
* 2-4 years of sales/business development management experience in the IT sector preferred but not a must * Expertise in one or more market segments preferred * Desire to build a business around themselves and have unlimited commission opportunities * Detail oriented person with time management experience * Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills * Presentation and customer service skills essential * Team focused individual able to work with cross functional groups
Compensation and Working Conditions
Reports to Sales Manager
