Summary
We are hiring for multiple entry-level claims positions at our office in Uniondale, NY. In this role, you could be handling property claims or auto liability claims. We are in need of caring and compassionate individuals. A strong customer service background and organizational skills are crucial for this work. The salary for the position starts at $41,400. This position is working in the Uniondale office and not in the field. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop in a new career in claims! As an entry-level, Allstate Inside Claim Adjuster, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise. You will be responsible for investigating, negotiating and settling basic insurance claims. This individual may or may not handle losses that do not require an outside adjuster's inspection and works with clients. You will review insurance policies, reports and photos, evaluate damages, determine loss coverage and authorizes payments. You will work directly with customers and guide them through the claims process, and negotiate fair and equitable settlements. You will be challenged to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and document every step of activity for each claim on Allstate's state-of-the-art, computerized NextGen claims system. Ideal Candidate
