Customer Service Specialist

Do you have 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service, Data Processing or Project Management role? Please read on about a newly created role as a Customer Service Specialist with a solidly established and growing company in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. You will responsible for coordinating and implementing customer service orders and managing assigned accounts.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and a high volume of orders within different stages of production.
• Process and project manage assigned accounts to ensure 100% customer fulfillment.
• Attend production meetings and communicate any concerns related to customer jobs and production capabilities.
• Order, Track and Manage customer quotes and purchases.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and purchasing departments to ensure seamless response to customer requests and requirements.
• Manage change control, testing and problem resolution.
• Work closely with sales and management on customer project proposals.

• 3+ Years of Experience in Customer Service, Data Processing or Project Management.
• Associates Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Organized, detailed oriented, positive and customer service focused.
• Knowledge in the printing industry is a plus.
• Graphic Design background a plus.
• Project Management Professional Certification is a plus.
