Summary
The Bank has several mandates to comply with US Client Board regulations, including CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review), U.S. Basel, Foreign Banking Organization prudent standards, and other banking risk related matters. This Data Analyst role would focus on data analytics, data lineage, data quality, interface specifications and architecture to assist in resolving multiple emerging requirements for CCAR Risk. The domains would include Market, Credit and Operational Risk stress testing Eclaro International is currently recruiting for a Business Data Analyst for one of our financial services clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage the implementation, testing, and rollout of new business requirements related to market risk models and associated IT infrastructure * Interpret impacts of new regulatory requirements on existing market risk processes * Support and maintain project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the portfolio through the use of project management tools, processes and practices * Complete quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio. Proactively highlight & escalate delivery risks and issues to senior management * Provide system administration for key applications within the project delivery tool set, assisting in tool development and team training * Lead and drive cross functional project delivery process improvements within the portfolio * Align to the wider team / group objectives
Ideal Candidate
**Education / Qualifications:** * Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Business, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science * 7 years+ Project Management Experience * 7 years+ Experience with SDLC * 5 years+ Credit Risk / Market Risk Management Experience. * Experience and exposure to CCAR and stress testing would be ideal **Essential Skills:** * Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry * Knowledge and awareness of (related) business solutions in the marketplace * Experience in developing, analyzing, and tracking financial business cases * Demonstrable experience in governing or supporting projects to successful conclusions * Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies * Experience in the refinement, deployment, and general usage of standard governance methods * Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members * Experience with matrix management & influencing others * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Project) * Prince2, PMP certification or equivalent a plus
