Summary
Summary Publishing Services is looking for an experienced technical project manager to drive a number of web and software related projects. Working with a team of skilled developers the PM will be responsible for the successful running of website, e-commerce, web application, and mobile app projects. The project manager will be responsible for the overall process and workflow, helping to build an effective framework for dealing with our unique projects & clients. The PM should be aware of all ongoing projects, who's working on what, and what's deliverable within the next 1-2 months. This information should be on the tip of your tongue at all times In addition to scheduling and task management. The PM will be required to work with clients to determine requirements, and where necessary work with developers to architect solutions. As experience and knowledge grows the basics will become second nature and the role will expand to include more strategic thinking. Identifying opportunities for clients, defining a process for managing projects and organizing tasks.
Responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact with the client and other stakeholders * Understand the client’s needs document, and communicate to development teams. * Schedule and coordinate with development teams * Liaise with external stakeholders to coordinate activities. * Monitor and adapt to changing schedules and priorities. * Review deliverables and verify against requirements.

**Individual Profile** * Excellent communicator - Listen to client’s needs, translate to technical requirements, anticipate issues, and ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of status and expectations * Is the front-line in the relationship between Threefold and its clients. * Initiative & ownership - must be able to take initiative to drive activities and take ownership of workload. * Highly organized and detail oriented * Relationship building & influence - must be able to build relationships with clients and become a 'trusted partner' * Focused on targets, deliverables, and deadline * Receptive to feedback and coaching. Take positive actions based on feedback. * Display an understanding of the fundamentals of project management: Time, Cost, and Quality. * Strong leadership qualities **Skills and Experience** * 3-4 Years of leading technical or web related projects * Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders * Ability to quickly understand business needs & root issues * Adaptable to frequently changing projects and priorities * Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology * Continually work to improve and streamline processes * Experience in writing technical documentation such as requirements analysis, and system specifications.
