We're looking for a senior ASP.NET developer but more importantly we're looking for the right person.

Most companies assess candidates based on their resumes and skills. That's important for us too but the most important criteria we look at is whether the applicant is the "right fit" for our company and the position for which they're applying.

This position requires deep understanding and minimum 7 years of experience in developing web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. Must have expert level experience in ASP.NET MVC, C# and ASP.NET Web API.

The individual in this position is required to build reliable, scalable, high-quality and high-performance web applications.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent -- preferably in Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems
