Summary
AFAR Media, the leading experiential travel media company, is looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator who will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are executed perfectly and client goals are always met. They will support the Digital Ad Operations Manager to perform any task related to campaign management. Responsibilities
* Aid in the execution of campaigns, including program launch, creative scheduling, media delivery, optimization and campaign reporting. * Perform thorough QA checks on ad creative and custom programs. Manage various aspects of technical implementation and testing for ad products and custom builds. * Working with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams with the month and quarter close revenue recognition process by ensuring revenue is accurately recognized. * Monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery and performance; provide regular reporting and recommendations to all internal teams. * Work in conjunction with the Digital Sales Directors to provide campaign wrap-up reporting that will offer the client insights and recommendations for future campaigns. * Aid in trouble shooting all aspects of a client’s campaign to ensure customer satisfaction. This will include but not be limited to: resolving billing and delivery discrepancies, working with third and fourth party technology and research vendors, working with internal business units.
Ideal Candidate
* 1-2 years media ad operations experience * BA/BS with industry emphasis or related digital experience * Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem solving skills * Goal oriented with strong willingness to learn and constantly improve * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to work successfully both independently and within a team * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines across multiple clients * Has exhibited strong skills in Microsoft Office especially in Excel. * Experience with third party ad servers (Doubleclick for Publishers) a plus * Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS preferred; experience in any other scripting or development language a plus
