Data Solutions Integrator

Achieve3000 provides the only Web-based, differentiated instruction solutions that reach a school’s entire student population–from mainstream and ELL to special needs, and gifted and talented. In addition to our KidBiz3000®, TeenBiz3000®, Empower3000™ and other literacy solutions, Achieve3000 launched its first differentiated core curriculum solution, eScience3000®, in 2011 in partnership with National Geographic School Publishing.

The Data Solutions Integrator collaborates with customers, both internal and external, to build a cohesive roster sync and integrated sign on methods to meet clients’ needs. They will analyze and solve technical issues related to these technologies when they arise. The Data Solutions Integrator receives requests from our customer base and our internal teams including Sales, Implementation and office staff. If the request requires further development, due to their needs being built on a technology currently unsupported, the Data Solutions Integrator will work with the development team for assistance in meeting the clients’ needs. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking all requests for Data Solutions and reporting on performance metrics as approved by the Manager of Data Integrations.

* Manage the process of setting up all roster sync and Single Sign On (SSO) technologies * Coordinate internal and external communications related to Data Solutions * Be the customers’ point of contact for all issues related to Data Solutions and maintain excellent records in accordance with established salesforce.com use * As requests for different Data Solutions e.g. specific SSO requirements are made by the customer, the Data Solutions Integrator will be required to assist development with implementing the request for the customer in a timely fashion * Maintain organized records of all requests and oversee each step of implementation process through to product access * Develop a project plan with milestones, in collaboration with developers and IT, for more complex requests and ensure milestones are met or communicate with customer in timely fashion of any issues * Manage and shift priorities to meet customers’ timelines for specific launch dates, liaising with all internal resources as required * Manage in excess of 15+ requests at a time for these integrations * Work with IT to have data portals set up for customers to send data to Achieve for syncs * QA customer data as needed to ensure compatibility with Achieve3000 systems * Report issues to customer and offer resolution recommendations on data concerns * Maintain database records as needed for continued functionality of these systems * Troubleshoot issues with roster/sign on issues as they arise * Escalate any complaints or implementation delays to the Manager of Data Integrations in a timely manner * Assist in responding to customer telephone calls and email cases as and when needed

* Technical knowledge pertinent to full range of Data Solutions offered by Achieve3000 * A3K product knowledge of Literacy, eScience and additional programs. Must pass product certification * Knowledge of A3K internal applications * Knowledge of different devices, operating systems, browsers, Microsoft Office, HTML, and others as needed. * Strong written and oral communication skills of their own as well as ability to understand the communication styles of others * Experience working independently and as part of a team * Ability to elicit cooperation from various departments and synthesize information from various sources * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment * Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities * Flexible during times of change and able to accommodate overtime or out of business hours if needed to meet project deadlines
