You are well versed in designing and coding to achieve an exceptional user experience and thrive in a fast paced startup environment. You are passionate and capable of turning web tools into beautiful and intuitive products that marketers and mobile developers will love.

* Take charge of the design of new features and ongoing refinements to existing features for our exciting new mobile wallet product line. * Have excellent collaboration skills that make you comfortable with an iterative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback and constructive criticism from various stakeholders. * Deliver elegant and simple designs rapidly while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail and consistency. * Handle the full lifecycle of design from sketches, wireframes, visual design, functional prototypes, and front-end implementation. * Ensure the usability of our products and suggest ongoing improvements to the overall user interface by working closely with Product Managers and Engineers.

* 5+ years experience designing products for web and mobile. * BA in Design or an equivalent combination of training and experience. * Proven sense of what makes an experience great. * Ability to think through user problems, craft solutions, communicate those solutions, and work with Engineering and Product to build them. * Refined aesthetic sense, comfortable working within, and expanding on, the Urban Airship style. * Up-to-date with current trends in design and tech. * Experience with front-end development. You should have a deep understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience working with JavaScript is a plus. * Deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of browsers and devices. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable working within a process-driven team and engaging in regular critique sessions.
