Summary
Accenture is seeking a Campaign Management professional to lead a marketing operations team focused on executing marketing strategies and driving operational efficiencies for one of our premier client engagements in the Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) industry. This is a client service role focused on end-to-end marketing programs implementation, improving key marketing functions (Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations/Planning & Management) to help the client acquire, develop and retain satisfied, loyal relationships and create economic value to the client. Will be the day to day leader of local project managers, offshore campaign teams, and third parties to drive online and offline campaign execution from requirements through delivery. The project will be run at the client sites interacting with both Accenture and client professionals.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage teams of Accenture resources across multiple global locations * Provide marketing and campaign operations leadership and guidance to delivery teams * Own development of plan to review and manage client expectations throughout delivery. * Work with client to identify future demand. * Lead a team of professionals to translate marketing strategy into business requirement documents of marketing service delivery teams * Manage stakeholder meetings. * Manage risk and issue escalations. * Review and discuss service availability and quality in consultation with the client. * Review, discuss service and delivery issues and prioritize improvement activity in consultation with the client. * Distribute reports to target audience following the guidelines specified in the Communication Plan and Engagement Status Report * Monitor adherence to the contractual obligations.
Ideal Candidate
* 10 or more years of experience working in a marketing delivery role with experience in Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, Marketing Operations * 5 or more years of experience in the Retail and or QSR Industry * Understanding of integrated marketing across the entire prospect and customer lifecycle, and how marketing strategy, customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and offers interact to drive desired business outcomes * Strong leadership skills and an ability to lead across a team of marketing services and campaign execution professionals * Strong client management skills, communication skills, business acumen, and ability to understand our clients’ business challenges and marketing’s role in solving those * Ability to collaborate across talented and diverse cross functional teams, including brand teams other agency partners, technology delivery teams, campaign operations and campaign production…. with the unified goal of delivering complex client solutions * Understanding of marketing strategy with specific expertise in targeting, segmentation, test control design, and campaign analytics * Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements, and overall project management * Knowledge and experience with data platforms and technologies such as Adobe Campaign Neolane, IBM Unica, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Marketing and Eloqua * Demonstrated ability to successfully operate in complex organizations * Understanding of leading practice in email marketing * Bachelor’s Degree required with preferred concentrations in Marketing, Business, Economics **Preferred Qualifications:** * Anticipates key milestones and project dependencies downstream implications to ensure success * Ability to critically assess a project or process to identify improvement opportunities * Experience working in the marketing services (as part of an agency, client team, or third party vendor) * Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members * Experience working with offshore delivery is a plus * Graduate degree with focus on business, marketing and/or technology **Professional Skills:** * Executive level communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong aptitude, motivation and interest in transforming business problems into solutions * Good understanding of the end-to-end processes of marketing, sales, and service organizations * High adaptability to newer techniques and emerging technologies * Inquisitive and possess solid issue based problem solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to manage rapid changes in a fast paced and time-sensitive client engagement * Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian * Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
