Summary
The B2B Email Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing Cox Automotive Media Solutions Group’s Email Center of Excellence for B2B dealer client and prospect lifecycle communications across Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book and Dealer.com. Responsibilities include deployment, optimization and reporting on all direct response email campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Manage B2B direct response email campaign deployments for Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book and Cox Automotive using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and manage deployments for Dealer.com using the Eloqua automation platform. * Responsible for complete end-to-end deployment of all B2B email campaigns, including creation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua (using HTML code and image assets provided by creative team), campaign tracking codes, review, testing, adherence to approval process, and timely deployment. Review and testing include desktop experience, mobile responsiveness, and call-to-action website integration. * Apply email marketing best practices to optimize email campaigns, including A/B testing, strategic audience segmentation, personalization, calls to action, and subject lines that drive results. * Provide timely performance metrics on individual email sends and summary reporting on email series campaigns. Data analysis may include basic email statistics, performance comparison to similar emails, and recommendations to improve future campaigns. * Manage B2B email marketing calendar and all communications relevant to scheduling and deploying email campaigns. Partner with Customer Relationship Marketing Manager to address inconsistencies and calendar conflicts, etc. that may need to be escalated to management. * Partner with Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Marketing Technology Marketing to deliver a custom campaign audience list for each email campaign, based on identified market segmentation requirements from the campaign lead. * Collaborate with Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Marketing Technology Marketing on specialized business requirements such as unique list pulls, complex suppressions, a need for Business Analyst engagement and custom data analytics reporting for campaigns that may involve more than one brand. * Collaborate and coordinate with B2C Email Marketing Analyst to share best practices and align key initiatives that include both consumer-facing and dealer-facing messages. Serve as back-up to B2C Email Marketing Analyst, as needed.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree or relevant experience preferred * 2-5 years of email campaign deployment experience preferred * Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Eloqua marketing automation platform * Understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics and best practices * Working knowledge of HTML and campaign tracking (Google Analytics) * Desired: B2B marketing experience * Desired: auto industry experience
