Summary
Responsible for assisting the Products Manager with project coordination and execution for the development and maintenance of Treasury Services products. This includes end user support, systems administration, report development, testing, documentation, upgrade coordination, special projects, and future planning related to department products.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for new customer setup as well as maintenance to existing clients including billing, equipment ordering, and training. * Responsible for product management as defined by Product Manager and Department Manager. * Documents procedures used to setup and train clients for use by Support. * Provides product support internal to Treasury Services. * Provides complex support for all Treasury Services products/systems as relates to customers, internal customers, and other Treasury Services Staff. * Assists the Product Manager with coordination of software vendors for the installation of their products and resolutions of subsequent difficulties resulting from the software installation. * Trains personnel in the use of new software and hardware products as relates to Treasury Services.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred; concentration in business preferred. * Experience/Skills * Two (2) or more years’ experience preferred in web based applications support. * Prior Cash Management and Banking experience preferred. * Knowledge of PC and server based web systems. * Strong PC skills--Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential. * Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Ability and willingness to quickly learn new applications and adapt to a changing environment. * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and resourcefulness. * Intrinsically motivated and task oriented in a team environment. * Strong customer support skills; End user empathetic and driven.
