Summary

Responsibilities
* Work directly with the QA Manager * Monitor and track the tag file output; reports on variance detected and timeliness of delivery * Create daily, weekly and monthly client reports and deliver them as scheduled to client and Xerox management * Create internal reports for distribution and prepare supporting documentation as needed for Finance Department * Receive and track website changes requested; validate changes when ready and report on accuracy of new process; indirectly approve turnover of new website functions * Validate and approve daily Customer Service Center (CSC) mailing including: * File creation and transmission, file receipt and file processing tracking * Statements, customer correspondence and violation notices * Transaction data, customer information, account information * Violation data, image quality and accuracy * Perform tasks required to complete the Monthly QA and KPI (key performance indicators) report. Detailed review of pre-defined categories and volumes. Task includes documentation of all sample work.

* Strong and proven, analytical skills and ability to identify and communicate problem areas * Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to client and technical staff required * Ability to document and track outstanding items to resolution * Self motivated, energetic, and dynamic individual * Independent individual who enjoys taking ownership of a task * Strong organizational and time management skills required * Positive professional image * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word – Access would be beneficial
