I joined X3 in November of 2012. My goal was to increase my strength and endurance. Over a 12 month period, I lost about 10 lbs and 14 inches overall (4 of that in my waist, 3 from my hips).

Assistant General Manager/General Sales Manager Becoming the General Manager of an X3 Sports Training Center is an incredible opportunity for the right multiplying leader to directly grow the business and help take this fitness brand to the next level. This leader will be a brand ambassador and the first personal impression of our business. The General Manager is an excellent communicator to internal staff, current members, and potential members.

Ideal Candidate
* Focuses on meeting and exceeding club membership and performance metrics, while increasing membership retention * Leads & Motivates all staff members including receptionists, trainers, and fitness consultants * Solidifies an efficient, effective, and profitable operation of the club * Increases member satisfaction by creating a culture that provides an exceptional customer service experience for every member * Oversees the gyms profit & loss statement, annual budget, and ensures overall financial success for the gym * Coordinates club specific public relations and promotional activities/events * Consistently maintains a clean, organized, and fun environment for staff, members, and potential members **Core Competencies/Skills:** * Drive membership sales (personal sales and overall club sales) * Control costs * Be proactive to prevent and resolve conflict * Deliver a high level of customer service * Plan and organize the work necessary to run a successful club * Lead staff and develop a high performing team * Achieve measurable results * Create an environment of mutual respect, trust, and accountability
