Bilingual Learning Facilitator

In a fast-paced, team environment, the WLF Trainer will deliver various training topics, provide service and support for training efforts throughout the organization, and support ongoing usage and availability of training resources and facilities through:.

• Delivery and thorough understanding of various training materials
• Customer service including internal marketing, coordination, and scheduling of training
• Maintenance of training room, training supplies, and audiovisual equipment
• Maintenance of training records and training database; regular data entry into training database
• Preparing training materials
• Verbal and written translation for training sessions, interviews, and other organizational communications as needed
• Being a resource to new team members through new team member orientation, support, and follow-up
• Act as a liaison between the Training Department and other departments and team members throughout the organization
• Possess in depth knowledge and understanding of leadership principles

• Ability to interpret and translate from English to Spanish and Spanish to English
• Show proficiency in presentation skills (various topics)
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, interpersonal skills and positive influence
• Ability to help in resolving business related issues
• Ability to analyze data to improve training opportunities
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the Training and Development Department and the HR Department Other duties deemed necessary by management
• 2 years training experience preferred
• Previous leadership training is a plus
