Summary
Acts as the primary service contact for all Producers in Non CCP markets for supply fulfillment, producer training/communication and contracting issues. Assists in producer on-boarding processes. Also oversees the collection, distribution and logging of all service issues for the 1099 channel. Responds to Sales and FMO service inquiries (via telephone, Internet or in writing) regarding all aspects of WellCare's CCP and PDP business in a timely, accurate, courteous and professional manner, meeting and exceeding all service standard guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Thrives in a call center environment interacting with producers via phone, internet, email and chat. * Primary contact for assigned service issues and is responsible for fulfillment and delivery of pre-enrollment kits, enrollment and marketing supplies to producers nationally * Performs data entry functions for all producer activity and is proficient with MS Windows Office Suite, Internet and able to learn WellCare systems required to provide accurate and timely feedback * Responds to all producer inquiries regarding service of CCP and PDP plans and works with other team members and departments as necessary to facilitate producer business workflow * Provides service resolutions within targeted TAT's and serves as first line of contact for escalated service issues. Aims to provide 1st call resolution for escalated contracting, training and communication issues * Possesses exceptional investigative, resolution and follow up skills * Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal and is able to comprehend complex service issues * Escalates Level 3 service issues to mgmt on a timely basis * Performs special projects as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Candidate Education:** * Required An Associate's Degree in a related field **Candidate Experience:** * Required 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment * Required 2 years of experience in HealthCare Insurance **Candidate Skills:** * Beginner Ability to multi-task * Intermediate Ability to represent the company with external constituents * Intermediate Ability to work as part of a team * Intermediate Ability to work independently * Intermediate Demonstrated customer service skills * Intermediate Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills **Licenses and Certifications:** * A license in one of the following is required: * Preferred Other Any customer skill, quality or training certification is a plus * Technical Skills: * Required Intermediate Microsoft Outlook * Required Intermediate Microsoft Word * Required Intermediate Microsoft Excel * Preferred Beginner SalesForce **Languages:** * Required English * Preferred Spanish
