Sr. E-Marketing Specialist

• The Senior Marketing Specialist assists with the strategy development and executes the marketing plan for UniCarriers Americas.

• This role will lead the advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, and web site maintenance for the UniCarriers' North and South American division (UCA). The Senior Marketing Specialist will create, support and implement marketing campaigns to grow UniCarriers' brand awareness.

• This position will also contribute to trade show strategy, messaging, and will be the main contact to our Advertising agency.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Overall, drive B2B marketing activities for UniCarriers, Barrett and TCM branded forklifts and work with the UCA marketing team and agencies to create and implement campaigns that drive growth and increase brand recognition.

3 main areas of responsibility:

• Marketing/Advertising Campaigns: Coordinates targeted integrated B2B marketing, print and electronic advertising and promotions campaigns, with UCA's advertising agency to send a compelling and consistent brand message that drive sales and brand awareness

• Social Media: Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social media campaigns on multiple platforms: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Blogs, YouTube, and more

• Web Content/Webmaster: Responsible for creating, developing and managing content for organization's web presence with support from Advertising agency. Key contributor to implementation and maintenance of new web platform. Also responsible for maintaining responsive design, planning for future website enhancements, reviewing statistics and monitor analytics, troubleshooting the site, and SEO

• Other, additional duties and tasks

• Develop content including copywriting and graphics to support marketing/advertising, social media, and web content activities
• Support senior management with presentations, graphics, chart development and PowerPoint presentations

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other Business related Degree's
• Minimum of 5 years of Experience with Marketing, Social Media & Web Site Management
• Developing & Executing Social Media Campaigns
• Technical Skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, DreamWeaver & Flash, MS Office, and PageMaker or Framemaker
