Responsibilities

The Business Consultant, Inbound Salesis responsible for identifying and offering products and services to meet the needs of current Web.com customers

Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrated ability to sell ( We only want the best sales folks)
  • Strong personal sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative.
  • Previous contact center experience is an asset.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfaction with each contact.
  • Able to analyze customer needs and recommendappropriate products / services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A drive to achieve above average earnings through demonstrated sales achievement.
