Summary
The primary function of the Channel Sales Support Manager is to be the manager and training resource for the Channel Sales Coordinators, Agent Support & Management teams, Lead Services Specialists and Onboarding Manager. Secondary duties include strategizing with Channel Sales, Alliance Management, Business Development and Agent Development for programs/promotions, developing procedures & processes/SLA's, training the team(s) on new products & services as needed, as well as performing various tasks involving commission audits & reimbursements.
Responsibilities
* Hires, mentors and trains teams. * Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that all calls/job tasks are handled in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. * Maintains variety of reporting for team in relation to promotions/programs, dealer statuses and assignments in CRM/SF, commission audits, and dealer spiffs. * Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges, customer service issues, high-level commission inquiries and contract research. * Establishes work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives. * Helps to define and create internal programs. * Provides product training and updates to support respective teams as they become available. * Makes critical decisions in fast-paced environment on the spot. * Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the business public. * Manages escalations internally & externally where needed. * Adheres to company policies as defined * Completes CET evaluations for new hires where needed. * Increases knowledge through internal resources, supervisors, fellow employees, company trainings, and trade publications * Builds and revamps new roles & responsibilities as they arise. * Conducts call coaching for new teams & employees. * Engages various department specialists for ongoing training. * Performs financial audits for partners on an ongoing basis. * Manages and motivates team to attain goals and company objectives. * May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous management experience required or 2+ years of sales service experience * Proven leadership experience and/or ability * Strong written and oral communications * Positive, driven attitude. * Proactive troubleshooting, listening and critical problem solving skills * Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines * Maintain regular and punctual attendance * Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task team environment * Ability to accept and evolve with changes in policies and procedures * Ability to train individuals and teams on an as needed basis * Ability to provide and support a vision and direction * Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
