Summary
Vantiv currently has an exciting opportunity for channel sales professional to join our sales team in Denver, Colorado. The Channel Sales Development Manager is responsible for executing and meeting/exceeding the forecast leads goal and increasing active dealer counts through building excellent customer relations with developers/dealers using dedicated resources with a positive attitude. The CDM position works with an assigned portfolio of dealers who provide a higher value to the Vantiv business model. Specific tasks include: Outbound call campaigns, using a CRM, and working with a team platform partnership.
Responsibilities
* Assertive outbound calls to high value dealers and help them position Vantiv at the merchant level * Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. * Work in concert as needed with other departments (Channel, Support, & Marketing) * Own all commission and product questions with dealers * Build a positive long term relationship with dealer to help increase sales opportunities * Respond/acknowledge all correspondence within 24 hours either verbally or by email * All calls/emails logged appropriately * Document inquiry outcomes, solutions for accurate tracking and analysis to be used in the future, or by other departments as needed
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or equivalent amount of education and experience preferred. * At least 5 years customer service and sales experience required, preferably within the Payment Processing Industry. * Successful history building new reseller relationships within an existing reseller base. * Knowledge of Vantiv operations, commissions, software, technical support and IT processes. * Ability to apply creative, aggressive and persistent selling techniques to confidently recruit/convert a variety of different developer/reseller types.
