Summary
The candidate for each corporate residency position should possess outstanding leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. He or she will have the opportunity to interface and present to executives in the UTAS Aftermarket organization, whether the VP Customer Service, Director of Military Aftermarket or Director of Worldwide Repair. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape decisions impacting business strategy and operational performance. With ample opportunity to assess and drive strategy, lead projects critical to the business and manage day to day managerial responsibilities, each role requires strong analytical skills. Projects will be chosen for the candidate based on his/her specific skill set and interests.

* Aftermarket Customer Strategy & Sales Support * Aftermarket Business Development & Strategy * Special projects analyst for Senior Director, Military Programs * Aftermarket Sales Process Support and Improvement * Aftermarket Sales Pricing, Forecasting. and Data Analytics
Ideal Candidate
* Prior Intern/Co-op experience preferred. * Ideal candidate must be pursuing an MBA degree in any of the following majors: Business, Supply Management, or related area. * Developing international retrofits and upgrades strategy to support long-term UTAS-wide growth. * Leading 5 year strategy formation for an Aftermarket Business. * Analyzing licensing arrangements with key partners to increase sales opportunities. * Modeling future revenue based on international fleet requirements and expectations. * Developing the annual Aftermarket Account Plan. * Aligning sales team execution with business development growth strategies * Analyzing customer potential, history and behavior to assess and develop growth opportunities. * Working on development of Joint Strike Fighter aftermarket strategy and presentation to Aftermarket Vice President, UTAS President, and UTC CEO. * Developing Sales and Orders Plans and aligning opportunities with Business Units. * Creating and supporting sales tracking measures through CRM and other tools. * Serving as lead point of contact and working with Finance to communicate bookings performance UTAS-wide in regular updates to Executive management. * Re-engineering standard work processes, the creation of performance metrics and models, and the update and improvement of current system tools and processes. * The candidate should possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * It is expected that the candidate will be comfortable working with large amounts of data and drawing conclusions based on his or her analysis of the data. * It will be necessary for the candidate to interface with different cross-functional disciplines such as operations, ACE (process improvement), contract administration, engineering, finance, sales and marketing and senior management both on the Military and Commercial Aftermarket businesses.
