As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business from Enterprise departments via phone and web presentation. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting to customers, and driving deals that solve the problems related to the Extended Workforce.
Responsibilities
* Identify and sell prospects the Enterprise value proposition * Forecast and manage your sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals * Identify, target and get in front of relevant and decision makers at the mid-market and enterprise levels * Present and gather business objectives and requirements during consultative sales meetings with prospects and customers * Accurately track and record customer communications and activity in salesforce.com * Fully manage and drive the sales cycle
Ideal Candidate
* 4-6 years’ experience selling enterprise software, SaaS or recurring revenue products & services * Successful track record of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects * Strong background in outbound prospecting * Competitiveness: an appetite to do more, faster, bigger, and better than others * High energy and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers * Strong presentation skills * Punctuality & reliability * Ability to work well under pressure, solve problems and think on your feet * Background in HR Tech / Recruiting SaaS preferred * Experience selling into Marketing, HR or Procurement preferred * Bachelor’s Degree preferred
