Responsibilities
Under direction, incumbent is responsible for maintaining quality customer service standards for Ambulatory Care Operations. Duties involve problem solving, role model excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration and professionalism that supports all aspects of UCSD Core Values. General duties include answering multi-line incoming patient calls for We Listen and Community Clinic Liaison lines, staff and management training, report writing and data analysis, curriculum development, telephone call evaluations.
Ideal Candidate
**MinimumQualification:** * Five (5) years working experience in Healthcare. * A Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Healthcare or educational training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Working knowledge of healthcare registration requirements, regulations and the reimbursement process. * Written and verbal knowledge in Spanish language preferred. **Special Condition:** * Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
