Summary
As a Product Director, you will be vital to our success and drive future growth. In this role you will provide leadership in the management and development of products. You will be empowered to do your best to develop the strategy and vision for product roadmaps, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, gather accurate requirements and evaluate product performance to enhance our mission of helping people live healthier lives.
Responsibilities
* Work directly with Product, Business and Operations Leadership to design, develop and drive successful deployment of new and enhanced programs and services * Manage cross-segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing * Support the development of market and sales strategies and value proposition * Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across technology, marketing, and service operations * Think strategically, and creatively, about how the consumer experience should work translating a vision to processes and requirements * Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment * Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Ideal Candidate
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years of Project Management / Product Development experience * Strong persuasion skills and demonstrated evidence of innovative thinking and program development to make the health care system work better * 3+ years health care experience * Demonstrated experience managing change initiatives * Strong skills presenting complex data and outcomes to executive teams * Strong process improvement skills/experience * Ability to organize and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal skills that enable relationship building * Effective oral and written communication skills * Ability to analyze and monitor results of outcome measures and assist in creating solutions * Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight * Strong data analytic skills measuring process and outcome
