Summary
As a Product Manager, you will support our efforts to understand, prioritize, and elaborate the next set of features, test new ideas with customers and measure our software’s usability and engagement levels. Product Managers will be working with cross-disciplinary teams from sales, engineering, marketing, customer support and research to ensure that requirements are accurate, sufficiently detailed and supported by evidence. The Product Manager has a strong desire to build and deliver a world-class, web based suite of healthcare supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
* **Product Collaboration:** Product Managers will support our product roadmap by working closely with our internal teams to ensure our clients are leveraging the value of our products. * **Requirements Gathering:** Product Managers will gather, document, and communicate prioritized requirements through concise user stories and acceptance criteria. They will act as the liaison between the client and internal Procured Health teams to articulate requirements and changes in functionality. * **Project Management:** Product Managers will be responsible for the business aspects of project management, including ensuring the right product is being built and in the right order.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or related field * 3+ years prior work experience in product management or product development * Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining strong relationships with customers and teammates * Excellent grasp of Agile software development practices * Previous experience in SaaS preferred (particularly in healthcare) * Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple high priority deliverables * Ability to analyze change requests to determine feasibility related to requirements, architecture and system functionality * A preference for pragmatism over dogma (you should be able to argue for or against our product or process decision in an objective manner) * Ability to identify your own biases and structure experiments to identify facts * You are a patient, personable and open-minded individual with a high level of maturity and excellent discretion * A demonstrated track record for accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines * You hold yourself and others to a high standard * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
