Unison Credit Union was founded in 1932 as Thilmany Credit Union; established to serve Thilmany Mill’s employees and their families. At that time, the credit union, operating out of a small room in the mill, was strictly run by volunteer employees of the mill. Summary
The marketing coordinator will be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of the content marketing initiatives for the credit union which include but are not limited to: content creation, scheduling, and analytics of campaigns, and research of industry trends. The coordinator will also take an active role in planning and attending community events.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Director of Marketing with development and implementation of the overall marketing * plan. * Conduct research and assessment of industry trends and demographics in the field of * membership cultivation and develop recommendations for marketing initiatives that include * benchmarking, topic trends, and increase in SEO best practices. * Write and develop content for various platforms including website, blogs, and direct marketing. * Assist in the creation of direct marketing workflow, conduct A-B testing of campaigns, and * communicate dynamic messages to target audiences. * Assist with development, implementation, and analysis of marketing promotions. * Coordinate production of marketing materials, including printing, direct mail, premium items, logo * apparel, etc. * Provide oversight, coordination, and serve as the liaison at community events. Attend various * meetings, in the community and/or trade association to develop new business prospects and * promote the credit union. * Assist with the development of new business for the credit union. Cultivate new, and maintain * existing, relationships for all facets of corporate sponsorship, individual members, vehicle dealers, * Realtors, etc. * Various duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * Previous marketing experience in the financial industry preferred. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Effective writing skills. * Must be an innovative thinker. * Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities. **Education:** * Associates Degree preferred
