Summary
We are looking for an exceptional, hands on Director of Client Services to lead our NY Client Services team. This individual will be responsible for all facets of the business including team management, account development and campaign management with existing clients. You'll be expected to develop and maintain senior relationships with existing clients, design and implement business plans, manage a team of Account Directors and Account Managers, as well as deliver to ambitious growth targets. You are an outstanding communicator, problem solver and leader with a track record of managing high performing teams and building businesses. You are a strong collaborator and self starter, able to rally cross-functional teams, influence and build relationships at the C-level, in order to deliver strong results.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and drive goal attainment for the East Coast media and platform business - team of 50 people and growing, annual spend of $100M+ * Establish, maintain and enforce smart business processes and controls to increase efficiency and reduce errors * Recruit and hire “A-players” * Inspire, motivate, train and advocate for teams * Mastery of TubeMogul offerings and technology * Work closely with NY Leadership team to drive operational excellence within the region * Measure results, publish results, influence change, iterate * Scale growth by increasing communication and collaboration amongst and across functional service teams * Maintain and cultivate a fun and customer-centric culture with an eye towards account ownership and revenue development * Grow revenue through flawless execution and a deep focus on exceeding clients’ expectations
Ideal Candidate
* Deep understanding of online media buying ecosystem and related ad-serving technologies * Strong willingness to take a hands-on approach with the ability to dig in to understand the complexities of our ecosystem * 10+ years leadership experience in relevant environments * Proven ability to lead, mentor, motivate, grow and manage teams * Experience in high-growth and evolving organizations * Strong decision-making, organization and prioritization skills * Independent and creative thinker * Excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills * Jedi-knight like communication skills * Fun and personable * Bachelor’s degree. (Master’s degree preferred)
