Summary
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding Programmatic TV sales team. The successful candidate will be motivated, resourceful and must enjoy working in a highly entrepreneurial environment. This person will be responsible for selling our PTV media product to ad agencies and brands directly. This individual will be a proven seller with experience and expertise in television advertising and digital media with an understanding of the value of the use of data. The Account Executive will be tasked with generating significant new business from linear television advertising budgets. He / She will play a critical role in the evolution of our Programmatic TV sales initiatives and work closely with management to achieve our sales objectives. The Account Executive will report directly to the GM of Programmatic TV and work closely with the rest of the sales teams.
Responsibilities
* Drive Programmatic TV sales results across media agencies and brands directly * Understand and execute sales strategy across agency list and territory * Drive relationship building process between clients and TubeMogul * Evangelize our PTV product within the marketplace at large * Present and Demo our PTV proposition to audiences of all sizes
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of sales experience within the Television and Digital media marketplace * List of contacts within TV buying and planning departments * A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue * Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted sales situations * High entrepreneurial drive * Prior experience in high-growth sales or start-up environment preferred * Self-starter with passion for customer-focused, rapidly evolving and largely undefined industry * Excellent prioritization, communication and quantitative skills * Presentation and listening skills and ability to build relationships across a wide spectrum of stakeholders * Keen attention to detail and ability to see the endgame of each business opportunity * BS/BA required
