Summary
The Health TranZform Analytics application (“InsightTranZform”) is a next generation solution for health systems, ACOs, IDNs/IDSs and vertically integrated payers. The goal of this product is to enable an advanced statistical, business intelligence, and predictive platform that can be used by various stakeholders within the client organization to drive better decisions, and minimize risk. The Product Manager will lead the direction of the product within the broader strategy and direction of the TranZform Portfolio. This will include developing and communicating new solution offerings for assigned products and/or services. Coaching and supporting the efforts of less seasoned Product Managers to support completion of their projects. Working with the sales and marketing organizations, as well as the technical delivery organization, to ensure service offer viability; interacting with customers and providing direct support to the sales organization to sell TriZetto products or services; eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approving TriZetto proposals and quotes. - Working closely with other business units to manage product roadmaps, requirements, release schedule, training and support. - Maintaining overall account responsibility for maintaining and growing bookings and revenue for assigned clients. - Managing the entire product lifecycle or services from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Creating business cases and financial models to support the development of the product or services. - Establishing customer persona and market profiles. - Specifying market requirements for current and future products or services by conducting market analysis supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects. - Working to construct technology partnerships and contract. - Providing tactical support to other internal initiatives such as sales training, collateral development, and product performance.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Statistics, or other quantitative or technical degree. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. - Minimum of five years' related experience working with client facing applications. Minimum of five years' related experience in the software/healthcare industry preferred. - Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics products preferred. - Ability to understanding of customer needs, business goals and competitive pressures and the ability to convert those into product requirements and priorities. - Moderate travel.
