Summary
We are looking for someone who can both be a hands-on product manager and be a strategic thinker to join us and be a key part of the product team at AgilOne. You will closely work with our customers, engineering, user experience, QA and client success teams, across the lifecycle of product management responsibilities, to define, build and deliver an outstanding SaaS product. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make good decisions quickly, and gets things done.
Responsibilities
* Works directly with prospects and clients to define potential feature sets * Translate high level feature sets into detailed product requirements for development scoping * Execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the development leadership to ensure product requirements are properly understood, and with the user experience design team to design exceptional UI * Monitors the development status of product requirements throughout the product lifecycle. * Process and raises risks and mitigations to leadership * Coordinates product releases with development, marketing, sales and client success teams * Collaborate with product marketing to come up with the correct solution messaging and competitive positioning * Act as subject matter expert for appropriate product related enquiries * Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and other stakeholders to develop a compelling roadmap and deliver on it, to turn our vision into a reality. * Drive the CAB (Customer Advisory Board) process to present and get feedback from customers. * Conducts market analysis to enumerate and elaborate market needs in selected segments, conducts research on competitive alternatives, to identify new product features and areas.
Ideal Candidate
* Strategy: has proven/demonstrable experience defining product strategy for a product line or a portfolio of products. * Has proven experience defining and driving a world class SaaS product * Must have taken at least one product from inception to a successful launch * 8 to 10+ years of product management experience with a strong product management culture * Excited to work in a high-pace, high-growth, collaborative environment. Experience in both startup environments as well as large public corporations. * Experience in one or more of Marketing technologies or Business Intelligence and analytics, or machine learning * Proven ability to prioritize across competing priorities and strategic goals * Outstanding communication, presentation and people skills. * Track record of being an inspiration to team members * Strong advocate of customer's point of view & how to convey that into product features. * Fast learner / good fast decision maker with entrepreneurial drive * Well organized / attention to details * Ability to travel occasionally as required (10-20%)
