Summary
As the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible in helping defining our sales enablement strategy, selecting tools and developing processes to deliver on that strategy, and ultimately increasing the effectiveness of our global sales organization. If you excel in fast-paced startup environments and have 10+ years of strong datacenter/enterprise experience in sales enablement involving complex products, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
* Help develop and execute on training for the global sales organization * Evaluate and execute on new training tools and programs * Program manage global training program (planning, prioritizing, and reporting) * Improve onboarding program for new sales staff that shorten the ramp time to productivity * Develop learning tracks based on HQ (PM, PMM) and field feedback (Reps, leaders, SEs, etc…) * Collaborate with marketing to ensure content is cohesive, relevant and effective for the field * Proactively seek regular feedback from the field on pain points, priorities and opportunity areas
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of Datacenter\Cloud experience in a sales enablement role * Prior 5+ years global experience in Sales, System Engineering, or technical marketing roles * Technical experience through these roles to understand the balance of technical capabilities and business benefits * Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering training programs which measurably improve sales productivity and performance * Experience with Sales training programs (e.g. CEB Challenger, GrowthPlay, Corporate Visions, etc…) * Proven experience creating and deploying successful onboarding plans within sales organizations * Understanding of recent tools and trends and developments in sales enablement * Strong knowledge of sales effectiveness (skills/knowledge training) * Strong project management skills, especially project planning and delivery * Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects * Previous sales enablement experience in a rapidly growing, successful startup * B.S. degree * Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment
