Summary
**The Role** Provide training to support steady state skills and new technology roll outs for enterprise software and hardware. Track results and provide ongoing feedback in order to foster continued employee development, improve training programs and meet department goals.
Responsibilities
Develop, plan, organize and deliver a wide variety of training activities, including classroom, virtual, and elearning content according to industry best practice. Deliver classroom and virtual training with solid classroom management and excellent customer service. Ability to adjust content based on audience/participants. Provide evaluation and feedback results to management, recommend training or process modifications. Produce technical documentation for internal IT teams and external customers in accordance with appropriate standards to drive consistency in the customer delivery experience. Responsible for the direct and indirect production of materials for internal and external customers. Generate documentation and communications in accordance with appropriate standards to support IT training for steady state skills and new technology roll outs for enterprise software and hardware. Deliver IT support training and resources, including skills and knowledge transfer within IT support teams.
Ideal Candidate
***Education:** * Graduate degree in Education, Training, or Business preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Adult Education, Business, ISD, Training, or related field required. **Experience:** * 3 to 5 years of relevant, progressive work experience. * 3+ plus years of training experience, preferably in a corporate environment; experience in a public company with multiple divisions and locations; experience in a matrixed management environment, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. * Demonstrated experience in a business environment in the development of training for adults. Consulting/Business Partnering model application, strategic thinker, experience in data analysis and vendor management. * Strong familiarity with various forms of program evaluation and performance measurement systems and tools.
