Director - Creative Services & Public Affairs

KFSN-TV/ABC30 in Fresno, CA is seeking a dynamic Director of Creative Services and Public Affairs. Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for overall station promotion and marketing strategy as well as motivate and manage the creative group, art department and community relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and have experience managing production and media budgets.
• Must be hands on, able to interact with various departments and understand the demands of a news organization.
• Candidate must be comfortable representing the station and managing the station's relationships in the non-profit sector and have knowledge of how to serve the community's interest using the broadcast platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience producing creative for multiple platforms including television, radio, social, and digital is a plus.
• Final Cut Pro and Miranda Vertigo experience a plus.
• At least 3-5 years management experience preferred.
