Broadcast Media Manager

Casper is a global sleep company that launched in 2014 with an obsessively engineered, outrageously comfortable mattress sold directly to consumers. Its critically acclaimed sleep surface was developed in-house, has a sleek design, and is delivered in a small, "how did they do that?"-sized box.

We're looking for someone to spearhead our broadcast media efforts, including local/national radio and television, in addition to managing podcast sponsorships. The ideal person should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience.

The Broadcast Media Manager will work hand in hand with various agencies to evaluate opportunities and execute a wide range of traditional marketing tactics intended to drive inbound demand and customer acquisition. Along with other members of the marketing team, this individual will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and requirements of a young and lean start-up. This individual will be expected to apply experience, planning and quantitative analysis to meet business targets through an integrated strategy that is executed with precision.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, with strong academic performance

• 5+ years of radio, television and/or podcast channel experience

• Experience managing various types of broadcast media (local/national, endorsed/non-endorsed, traditional/internet and fixed/remnant)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize program performance

• Solid communication skills and acute attention to detail

• Proficient in third party analytics platforms and attribution technology

• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
