Responsibilities
* Manage a demanding calendar including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, conference calls, & other engagements * Support a team of senior financial professionals of 3 * Ensure that CRO is prepared, organized and ready for all meetings and events and has the information to make key decisions * Prepare expense reports * Respond and manage executive email correspondence * Track and monitor pending business issues for follow-up * Serve as a liaison across teams and work with departments across the company * Assist, as needed, with decks, presentations, and meeting materials * Prepare reports as needed * Follow-up with people on meetings * Understanding how and when to prioritize * Ability/willingness to travel to San Francisco office on occasion. * Travel up to 10%
Ideal Candidate
* 5 – 7 years’ administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, 3+ at the executive level * Preferred experience in a financial organization * Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment * Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization * Self-starter with ability to identify needs as well as potential solutions * Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail * Expert with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn and absorb new information * Team player who works well under pressure, and is flexible in the face of changing priorities and needs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent listening skills * Comfort with technology and the internet * High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information * BA/BS or equivalent work experience. High school diploma or GED required.
