We are seeking an innovative Product Manager in the SF Bay Area to align our strategic objectives with software initiatives at Sikka Software. The Product Manager will play a critical role in our organization working with our internal teams (ie. Engineering, Marketing, and Sales) as well as customers and partners to define new features, identify success metrics and track performance. This is a high-visibility position that reports to the Assistant Vice President of Product Management and an excellent opportunity to build high-value success in a large market vertical. In February 2015 we secured series B funding of $5.5M and have recently secured series C funding of $10.5M. We have been seen in CNBC, Business Wire and Dow Jones. * Manage the full life cycle of Sikka Software’s cloud and mobile products * As Product Manager, create user stories, prioritize product backlog, participate fully in the Agile process * Interact with engineering, marketing, sales as well as customers and partners * Collect complex data, information and conduct in-depth business analysis to build organizational recommendations on product strategy * Collect input from customers, perform user studies, and investigate competitive offerings * Work closely with the UX team to improve user experience * Act as the product advocate supporting existing customers and the field base teams (sales & services) they work with * Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet product, sales, finance and technology goals

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related field * MBA, Minor or double major in business * 3-5 years of experience in Product Management * Savvy with mobile and cloud technologies * Experience developing and working with UI * Creative mindset * Worked in an Agile development environment * Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
