Responsibilities
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced **Real Estate and Facilities Project Specialist.** The **Real Estate and Facilities Project Specialist** is responsible for supporting the Company’s real estate portfolio by managing the work flow of lease and other property related agreements and providing project management assistance related to facilities renovations and relocations. **Essential Responsibilities and Duties:** **Real Estate/Lease Administration** * Manage the Company’s (third party) lease administration database * Monitor critical dates and secure necessary business unit direction in a timely manner to position the Company for successful negotiations. * Send out notifications to business units for changes in lease status (renewals, expirations, etc.) and ensure appropriate follow-up action is completed **Project Administration/Project Management** * Assist Director of Facilities Management in ongoing real estate and facilities project management activities for the Company’s national footprint of physician and administrative office locations * Monitor project budgets and update project accounting logs * Partner with Procurement to open/initiate purchase orders and track invoices orders

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions * Detail oriented, analytical, with problem solving ability and capable of coordinating multiple complex tasks simultaneously * Knowledge of office leases and property management * Strong excel and process management skills * Strong financial analytic skills * Ability to work with limited supervision **Education/Experience:** * Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University in a related field (Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, Finance) * 7 or more years of related experience in real estate and facilities management; preferably in a corporate setting * Property management experience a plus * Project Management skills * To be considered, candidates must submit verifiable prior employment for the past seven years including title, dates of hire and salary history and will be subject to a criminal background check. Education is also verified.
