Summary
As a key player on the Innovation Labs team, you will be responsible for developing, supporting and modifying the onboarding and integration service processes for newly launched products. You’ll work with the Labs team to define key success metrics and you’ll help all parties develop a plan to achieve success. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a tight-knit team on an emerging product with high growth potential. In this role, you’ll be working alongside engineers, data scientists and analysts to help develop a cutting edge machine learning product.
Responsibilities
* Work with Labs team to become a subject matter expert for new products. * Develop in-depth knowledge of multiple Email Service Providers’ interfaces, functionality and CRM integration options. Disseminate knowledge to Labs team. * Collaborate with Manager of Sales Enablement to: * Develop product integration specific discovery questions to ensure prospects are qualified for the product * Answer prospects’ product integration questions * Iterate on sales to services hand-off * Identify, develop and document systems integration methodologies – i.e. how our products can be implemented by our clients. * Collaborate with Labs product, engineering and data science teams to inform product development process * Lead client implementations including on-boarding and technical integration activities: * Develop project plans and act as integration project manager * Interface with both client contacts and internal resources to make integration processes timely and efficient * Prepare and deliver presentations and materials that explain solution onboarding and integration to new clients * Manage business process change with business and technical stakeholders. * Assess customer requirements, design and implement custom solutions for the specific business needs * Review options for integration and assist client in developing the optimal implementation solution for their specific email program workflow * Ensure all client issues are resolved before handing off to longer term account management * Work with clients to understand their email program in detail. Must be skilled in addressing program strategy (e.g. subscriber lifecycle) and program implementation (e.g. campaign creation). * Use client interactions to inform changes to integration process and materials. Identify bottlenecks or process optimization opportunities and adjust processes to address issues that impede integration. * Develop training resources and train additional service resources on integration process. * Develop process for handing off clients to long term account management.

You should be comfortable working with clients. * 3+ years experience supporting an email marketing program. This includes an understanding of overall email strategy, technical and conceptual email workflow, campaign calendars, segmentation, testing, KPIs, CRM and list creation. * Deep knowledge at least one major Email Service Provider platform. * Experience using SQL is required. * Fundamental knowledge of database management. * Experience with Linux/Unix systems, shells, shell scripting, SFTP, viewing, editing and manipulating large data files. * Experience with product development process. * Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, both about businesses and technologies. Specifically, you will need to develop intimate knowledge of ESP application options for a variety of ESPs, how companies use them and how those features can interface with our solutions. * Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to internal and client-facing contacts through email, phone and face-to-face. * Proven effectiveness in a variety of presentation settings and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption. * Excel at time management and prioritization of responsibilities within a deadline-driven environment. * 3-4 years client management experience. * 3-4 years project management experience.
