Systems Analyst

Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Translating business processes into systems solutions Preparing system requirements including functional and technical specifications and workflow diagrams Providing documentation of application solutions and providing support for end-user training Facilitating effective and proactive communication with key stakeholders and end users Performing system configurations to match business requirements Developing and supporting SaaS, OTS and/or custom applications, extensions and integrations for business applications in large enterprise environment. Self-Assigning, assessing and troubleshooting end user issues and change requests in production environment with rapid turn around time service level agreements.

* 2+ years work experience in one of the following languages: Java, TIBCO, or Drupal * including: Past work experience in BI/Analytics tools: Qlikview, Cognos -Developing and supporting SaaS, OTS and/or custom applications, extensions and integrations for business applications in large enterprise environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and follow through skills are required Experience developing system requirements is required Experience with relational database management systems and design methodologies is required Experience supporting and implementing system integration is preferred Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow is preferred Project Management experience a plus **Education Requirements** * Preferred: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Networks & Systems and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology
