Summary
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition and assessment of qualified professionals with the ultimate goal of developing and maintaining a diversified team of candidates. This position may work under the general direction of the Managing Director or other recruiting leader. The primary components of this role are outlined below.
Responsibilities
* Support a recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on current and projected initiatives and engagements, the existing Consultant team, and market conditions. * Perform recruiting support for one or more of the following company practice areas: Accounting & Finance, Information Management, Human Capital, Legal Services, and Supply Chain Management disciplines. * Develop and maintain a qualified candidate pool through a variety of sourcing techniques, including: networking, referrals, proprietary database (Adapt) searches, relevant social media and web-based searches, and various other outreaches. * Review resumes, conduct in-depth screens to assess talent and competencies, and schedule candidate interviews. * Ability to position RGP and its advisory, project and interim service offerings as a compelling career opportunity. * Ensure that all candidate background checks and references are completed and documented in a timely manner. * Create candidate profiles, which are the company’s marketing vehicle to present relevant business experience to our clients. * Understand company’s recruiting dashboard/metrics and adjust recruiting efforts based on the data trends. * Understand the talent pipeline in order to assist the client service team in identifying talent for open engagements and proposals. Present recruiting updates at team meetings and adjust recruiting activities based on engagement pipeline requirements. * Represent RGP in appropriate professional and community organizations. * May be responsible for full life cycle recruiting activities, including in-person interviews and ongoing management activities depending on office size and business demands.
Ideal Candidate
**Education & Experience:** * Minimum three (3) years of professional finance or accounting experience, preferably within a professional services environment. * A Bachelor’s degree from a four year accredited institution is preferred. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and/or CRM’s * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. **Additional Required Skills:** * Capacity to overcome obstacles and maintain a consistent enthusiasm for the business. * Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop relationships. * Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate via the phone and in person. * Ability to negotiate with and persuade others. **Special Skills:** * Proficiency with Bond Adapt.
