Responsibilities
Relus Technologies has an immediate need for an Accounting Manager in its Peachtree Corners headquarters. This position reports to the CFO and will manage a staff of one to two employees. Relus is stable and fast growing company. - Manage the monthly and periodic financial close processes ensuring accurate and timely results. - Assist in preparing, and analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis. Provide the necessary analysis to explain budget and forecast variances. - Prepare account reconciliations a monthly basis. - Prepare monthly commission calculation to provide to payroll. - Assist in preparation of budgeted and forecasted financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows. - Reconcile and analyze inventory monthly - Bill monthly services invoices. - Assist in developing and documenting accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP. - Assist in developing, documenting and testing of internal controls. - Ad hoc projects as assigned by the CFO, COO, or owner.
Ideal Candidate
- 4-10 Years Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. - Full Cycle Accounting experience including close and financial statements or public accounting required. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Self-starter with independent decision making skills
