* Correct usage of the English language. Bilingual in Spanish or another language widely spoken in Southern Nevada is also preferred.

**Physical Demands**
Physical ability to perform duties in a typical office environment; stamina to stand and walk for extended periods of time; strength to lift and maneuver materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds with proper equipment; vision to read printed materials; and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone. **Minimum Job Requirements**
Equivalent to a Master's Degree in urban planning, business or public administration or a closely related field and six (6) years of full-time professional planning/urban planning experience, two (2) years of which were in a supervisory role.
Must possess and maintain a valid Class C driver's license at the time of appointment.
