Summary
As the HR Generalist at Radius, you will have solid experience in a broad range of HR disciplines – policy review & development, compliance, benefits, payroll, and employee communications. In this role, we are looking for someone that is excited to create an amazing employee experience and directly contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, has a can-do attitude and is excited about taking on new challenges.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for benefits and payroll administration – serve as a contact for all employee benefit and payroll questions, provide support for open enrollment, assist with the wellness program administration, resolve employee coverage inquiries, payroll questions etc. * Assist in researching and implementing new programs- and development/implementation of associated communication plans * Manage our immigration workflow - initiate visa process requests, track progress on existing cases and help answer employee/candidate inquiries. * Oversee our leave of absences policies and procedures. Ensure effective communication regarding leaves and time off to employees and managers * Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying HR tools, policies and procedures in order to maximize employee performance, achieve organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance * Work on special projects as required
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years related experience hands on Human Resources or People Operations generalist position * Previous experience with high tech and/or high growth companies is preferred * Strong understanding and working knowledge of HR administrative policies, procedures, regulations and State/Federal legislation * Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing * Strong project management and follow through skills; ability to organize and drive completion of multiple projects * Demonstrated experience working with confidential information * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource management or related field preferred * PHR or equivalent certification preferred
