Summary
Human Resources systems analyst will act as a liaison between IT and the HR organization for system development, compliance, user interface and system reporting requirements. Responsible for creating thorough, detailed, accurate system specifications and requirements documents in support of Qualcomms Human Resources information technology solutions.
Responsibilities
The HR Systems Analyst oversees the effective implementation of human resource programs, developing and directing analysis of business requirements to be solved with automated systems. The analyst will provide knowledgeable counsel, working closely with Human Resource professionals who manage the various aspect of Human Resources programs, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations and human capital management.
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of HRMS experience * 2+ years HR Compliance experience (OFCCP,SOX, EEO, etc.,) * 2+ years of software development, database systems management and business requirements analysis **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelors degree in Information Technology. Thorough understanding of HR Business processes, technology trends, and HR practices. Testing processes through implementation (creation of scripts, execution, etc.,). * Strong communication skills; excellent interpersonal, organization and problem solving skills. **Education Requirements** * **Required** : Bachelor's, preferred in Information Technology
