Summary

CF International seeks an IT Recruiter to join our Commercial Interactive Division. As the IT Recruiter you will work in close partnership with hiring managers to develop proactive, creative and results driven recruiting strategies to hire System Architects, Front-end Developers Project Managers, Analysts, QA and Digital Interactive talent. Typical technologies would include Hybris, Adobe, Hybernate, .Net, Java, HTML and Spring.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage full life-cycle recruitment process.
  • Establish sourcing and candidate development practices that attract in-demand and hard to fill skill-sets.
  • Ensure outstanding client service and delivery and build close partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders at all levels.
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking system.
  • Supervise hiring processes to ensure adherence to EEO and OFCCP guidelines and other government compliance requirements.
  • Promote ICF's career opportunities to the professional and campus community via networking, conference attendance and career events.
Ideal Candidate

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive full life-cycle recruiting to include technology, management consulting and digital candidates.
  • Demonstrated sourcing skills to attract the passive candidate.
  • Experience with full-life-cycle recruiting and carrying a heavy requisition load.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional related experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Demonstrated sourcing skills to attract the passive candidate.
  • Experience influencing and interacting with senior management including executive team.
  • Proven track record in developing internal and external partnerships.
  • A combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Taleo a plus)
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP guidelines and an understanding of Human Resources (employee relations, compensation, benefits, etc.)
