Summary
The Global Investor Services Group is seeking a Manager, Client Services. This position will directly support PREI?s client service, relationship management, and business development activities and will report to the Vice President, Client Services. This position can be based in either New York, NY or Madison, NJ. If based in New York the individual will be expected to spend a minimum of two days per week in the Madison, NJ office.
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day support to PREIs current and prospective clients * Coordinate and compile responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other client inquiries * Assist in the development of presentations, pitch books and regular client reporting in support of all client service, relationship management and business development efforts * Assist in developing content for marketing materials, investment related reports, and quarterly outlooks * Work to maintain the highest standards of client service and a consistent look and feel of all client related materials * Interact with portfolio managers, business development, marketing communications and investor services professionals across PREIs three regions * Assist with the coordination of select platform initiatives * Assist in overseeing and developing more junior team members
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors degree required; Masters degree a plus. * Minimum of 5 years experience in client services, investor relations or related function within or supporting the investment management industry; experience in real estate strongly preferred * In depth knowledge of and ability to articulate investment strategies and themes * Strong market knowledge, extensive practical and industry knowledge, and the ability to integrate critical information from diverse areas * The capacity to fully comprehend the investment organizations products, processes, and service needs and to respond to them * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Strong critical thinking and work ethic with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines * Highly responsive, team player with a collaborative style
