Director of Financial/SEC Reporting

Overseeing the SEC and financial reporting functions.
Maintain financial reporting integrity Review all data included in the financial reports for accuracy and completeness Prepare/maintain supporting documentation for financial statements and related footnotes Assist with the establishment of accounting policies and procedures Assess financial disclosures for compliance with internal/external reporting standards/requirements Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance Develop and maintain SOX controls and procedures for the integrity of various SEC Reporting disclosures Oversee the development of staff Help manage the external review and audit processes Ad-hoc requests for financial information from auditors, management and others

• B.S.in Accounting
• CPA is required
• MBA is preferred
• Five years Public Accounting experience (Big Four preferred) with SEC related financial reporting industry experience.
• GAAP accounting concepts and technical accounting research skills.
• Working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations.
