Accounting Policy and External Reporting Manager

Internap Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP) is a leading technology provider of Internet infrastructure through both Colocation Business and Enterprise Services (including network connectivity, IP, bandwidth, and Managed Hosting), and Cloud Services (including enterprise-grade AgileCLOUD 2.0, Bare-Metal Servers, and SMB iWeb platforms).

INAP is seeking an Accounting Policy & External Reporting Manager who will be a key contributor to the finance organization. The Accounting Policy & External Reporting Manager will be responsible for statutory reporting, assisting with the preparation of required quarterly and annual filings with the SEC as well as performing technical accounting research to ensure compliance with GAAP. The position will also be responsible for certain monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of accounting experience including some public accounting experience.

* Assist/manage the 10-K and 10-Q tie-outs * Assists with quarterly and annual audit by external auditors * Research and ensure compliance with new accounting pronouncements * Responsible for statutory reporting for certain entities * Responsible for government/census surveys * Responsible for the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations, including those related to lease accounting and stock-based compensation * Special projects as assigned

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * 4 – 6 years of accounting experience * CPA is required * Big 4 or large national firm experience is required * Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting * Proficiency in Excel is required * Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
